Non Vaccinated Patients
Since January of 2020, our office does not see unvaccinated patients.
Our office follows the immunization guidelines and schedule recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), which emphasize the importance of routine wellness and timely vaccinations for all children. We will continue to provide science backed information to help parents make an informed decision; however, our practice does not accommodate alternative or selective vaccination schedules, including the omission or refusal of individual vaccines.
In order to initiate and maintain a patient-physician relationship within our practice, parents and guardians are required to review, agree to, and sign our Immunization Policy Agreement. A signed agreement is mandatory for establishing and continuing care in our practice.
