Pediatric Services

Sickness or Injury Visits

If your child is feeling unwell or has experienced an injury, we strive for same day service. We fully understand that children can worsen quickly, hence our doctors and staff members are committed to providing care to your children as quickly as possible. Please contact one of our locations right away to schedule an appointment with one of our experienced pediatricians.

Well Child Check-Up

It is important that your child receives regular Well Child Check-Ups. Well Child Check-Ups ensure your child is growing and developing normally. It is also an opportunity for you to discuss nutrition, discipline, behavior, and school difficulties with the doctors. Our pediatricians are very committed to the preventative aspect of pediatrics. Your child will also receive vaccinations as required during these visits (please see our Vaccinations Page for more information on vaccines). We offer many convenient appointment times for Well Child Check-Ups at each of our locations. Please contact our office to schedule your child's Well Child Check-Up.

ADD/ADHD Visits

Our physicians diagnose and manage Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and other behavioral issues. Prior to a visit with your doctor, there are forms that need to be completed. ADHD Packet - Vanderbilt Assessment Scales (PDF)
The parent(s) needs to complete and return the parent informant form.
Two different teachers need to complete and return the teacher informant form. Teachers must return their forms directly to the office by fax or email to info@pedsofnwh.com. We are unable to accept teacher forms from the parent.
Once all three forms are received, a member of our staff will contact parents to schedule an appointment with the provider to review and score the forms.
Please visit our Policies page for more information.

Other Visits

Our physicians offer other services, such as wart removals, incision and drainage of abscesses and meet-and-greet visits for new parents. Please contact our office to discuss any specific needs your child may have.

After Hours Calls

We know that parents may need help with their sick children after hours and on weekends therefore our office provides after-hours call service. An additional fee will be billed to your insurance. You are responsible for any portions assigned by your insurance company. Our after-hours phone service is intended for urgent medical concerns that cannot wait until the next business day. For life-threatening emergencies, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Prescription refill requests, appointment scheduling, school forms, and non-urgent questions should be addressed during normal business hours or through the patient portal.
